Creating a New Subaccount
The Account Switcher can be found at the top left corner of your web app screen.
To begin, click the Account Switcher to open the Your Accounts menu, then click Create subaccount to proceed.
A pop-up screen will appear. Now, you need to enter a name (up to 40 characters in length) for your new subaccount and pick a color to represent the subaccount. Click the Create Subaccount button to finish.
Congratulations! Your subaccount has been created and you should be brought to the newly created subaccount immediately.
Managing Existing Subaccounts
Accessing Account management screen
From the Your Accounts menu, click Manage subaccounts to be brought to the Account Management screen.
It can also be accessed from the standard Profile menu.
This is how the Account Management screen look like. Here, you can switch between your accounts, transfer funds, edit name, or delete a subaccount.
Editing a Subaccount's name and color
On the Account Management screen, click 'more' button next to the subaccount you want to edit. Choose Edit name. Now, you will be able to edit name and pick a new color for your subaccount.
Closing a Subaccount
On the Account Management screen, click 'more' button next to the subaccount you want to close. Click Delete from the dropdown menu.
This will bring you to a confirmation screen. Make sure you have carefully read and follow the instruction on the screen and click the Delete subaccount button to proceed with the closure of the subaccount.
Please ensure that your subaccount has no funds and no open position, otherwise you will encounter this error:
