How to submit a Buy order
Navigate to the Trade screen by clicking on Trade button on top of the window.
Clicking on Futures will reveal a list of futures markets available to trade. Choose the market you would like to trade on from the list.
Click on Long tab to buy futures.
At this point, if you want your buy order to be filled instantly, you can simply click on the red sell orders in the Order Book.
Tap the Long button once you are ready.
Alternatively, you can enter the amount of contracts you would like to buy. Your order quantity can be fractioned to 4 decimal places, but the minimum value of each transaction is 1 USD. Limit Price can be set as desired.
Note: You can currently only place Limit orders on the PowerTrade platform. More order types will be available in the future.
In the following example we'll be Buying 0.1 BTC Futures with limit price at 60000 USD expired on 31 Dec 2021
Tap the Long button once you are ready.
If your order does not get filled immediately, you should be able to see your Open Orders at the bottom window.
Once the order is filled, it will be displayed under your Positions tab.
You can click on each row to check the Last Price, Index Price, Mark Price, Funding Rate, and time to next settlement of each contract.
