How to submit a Sell order
Navigate to the Trade screen by tapping the lightning bolt icon.
To access other markets, make use of the new product switcher. On the trading dashboard, either press on the asset symbol (BTC/ETH) or drag it down to see the asset list. In this example, we will access the BTC market.
Tap on the "Trade" button.
Tap the Trade Spot button.
Toggle the Buy/Sell tab to "Sell". Enter the quantity of BTC you would like to sell. Your order quantity can be fractioned to 4 decimal places, but the minimum value of the transaction is 1 USD. Limit Price can be changed as desired.
Note: You can currently only place Limit orders on the PowerTrade platform. More order types will be available in the future.
In the following example we'll be Buying 0.01 BTC with limit price at 63000 USD.
Tap the Review button once you are ready.
This will bring up the order review screen. Swipe upwards from the bottom of the screen to complete your order.
Congratulations! Your order has now been accepted. Tap the Done button to exit this screen.
If your order does not get filled immediately, you should be able to see the unfilled order at the bottom of your Portfolio screen.
Once the order is filled, the sold cryptocurrency will be deducted from your assets wallet.
You may review your order history by clicking on Profile icon in the top right corner, then choose History.
Now you should be taken to History screen. All your trades will appear here.
You can click on each row to check transaction details such as Limit Price, Trade Fees, Order ID of all your executed orders.
