Losses may occur if funds are mistakenly deposited to the wrong address, or if there is a mismatch of currency type and deposit address. e.g. If a user sends ERC20 tokens other than those currently supported by the PowerTrade app to their PowerTrade ERC20 deposit address. PowerTrade is not responsible for any losses that may arise from erroneous deposit transactions initiated by customers.
PowerTrade may, at our sole discretion, assist customers in attempting to recover the funds. Doing so is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to charge a 500 USD fee for successful recovery.
