- Check that you're looking in the email inbox whose address is associated with your PowerTrade account.
- Search your email inboxes for "support@power.trade"
- Double check that the email didn't end up in your spam folder or in any spam filtering service you may be using. Whitelist support@power.trade to prevent our emails from getting caught in your spam filter
- Check if your block list includes anything with "@power.trade"
If none of these steps helped to find our email, contact us at support@power.trade from your registered email address and let us know which automated email you believe to be missing.
